Winemaker's Tasting Notes
100 Year Old Vines - Cabernet Sauvignon
Barossa Valley, South Australia

The fruit from these old bush vines, which are some of the oldest in the world, are cropped at 1 tonne to the acre and results in intense flavours rarely found. The bouquet is complex, with sweet cabernet fruit, violets, spice and black fruits. The palate has great cedar and oak spice, fruit intensity and length. Very fine long tannin and balanced acidity.
